Aberdeen Calling!


Kettlebells Scotland heads to Aberdeen for a K1 Kettlebell Basics & Body Weight Essentials workshop, slap bang in my old neighborhood. I will be at the Mastrick Community Centre thanks to an invitation from fellow Kettlebell enthusiast and strongman Willie Morison.

Three hours of expert instruction from Scotland’s Kettlebell Authority which will integrate -

  • MANDATORY MOBILITY – Head to toe mobility incoporating drills to get and keep you injury free – Freedom of movement is Freedom
  • BODYWEIGHT ESSENTIALS – Complete bodyweight drills including all the moves you need to master to get you on the road to a lean, resilient body
  • KETTLEBELL BASICS – The essential lifts for anyone interested in burning fat & building muscle, creating a powerful body and improving every aspect of the wellbeing – effectively and efficiently
  • METABOLIC CONDITIONING – How to put it all together and create simple fat burning, muscle building & total body conditioning workouts

This is an integrated, holistic approach to training, wellbeing and practice, aimed at real people looking for real results and designed to accomodate the most demanding lifestyle.

We will cover the simplest, excuse free way for you to program & schedule your training to create intense, results driven workouts and leave plenty of time for recovery and the sports & activities you pursue.
